In their Implementation Report 2019, the TSOs report on the progress of 142 projects in total while also providing information on modified, cancelled and delayed projects.
Given the importance of the ongoing L/H gas conversion for the energy industry, much of the Implementation Report is devoted to the details of the planning process. 300,000 L gas appliances have so far been successfully switched to H gas. The conversion plan has been updated and the conversion areas have been largely agreed with the DSOs until 2026. The ongoing dialogue between the German and Dutch TSOs has facilitated a harmonised approach to dealing with the assumptions in both countries.
Details on the 2019 Implementation Report are available in the NDP Gas Database (www.nep-gas-datenbank.de).
The TSOs also published today their quarterly update of the binding list of announced conversion areas, which can be found on the FNB Gas website in the Market Area Conversion section.
